Environmental Toxicological Effect of Random Using of Acetamiprid Pesticide on Common Carp Fish in Tigris River

Abstract Agricultural production of high yielding varieties requires the freely use pesticides and fertilizers, in order to protect crops from pests. Thus, it helps improving quality quantity crops. The aquatic environment is polluted through pesticides, which poses serious health risks ecosystem as well humans. This exposure can directly affect biological regulation, including primary producers, microorganisms, invertebrates or fish. Two hundred samples carp fish found on Tigris River have been collected for this study. study included three sites river (Al-Suwaira - Al-Battar Al-Kut dam) with help a local fisherman. Therefore, goal was ascertain how acetamiprid affected blood images common exposed environment, particularly red cells hemoglobin. In addition effect antioxidant (CAT, SOD, GPX) enzymes. were divided into two groups 150 pesticide 50 those are not exposed. results showed significant decreasing hemoglobin concentration RBC account.
